The drinking water you fill in the blue jugs at the store is not 0 tds.
I've tested it, it's 10-18tds |

Why can't you put an RO unit in your apartment? I use an Aquasafe RO/DI unit that attaches to out bathroom sink with a faucet adapter. A RO/DI need not be permanently installed.

In Regina there are a couple stores called Wine Kitz I believe they are a chain and you might have some there. I have never tested their water but they have an industrial size system in the store and I would hope they keep up on the filters as the use the water for making their wine. I pay around $33.00 for 20- 20 litre fills.
