I wouldn't trust anyone other than a real courier company with sensitive items. Not that they don't make mistakes as well...

I was the one on the other end of that package. The people here at my end where helpful even went in after hours to check the late night buses and came up with nothing. It is really hard to get nice corals where i live and these woulda been a prize piece to me. So for one like pocilipora to wanna ship to me was great i was overjoyed then this problem came about i take it the corals are now considered dead.

Just a recent run in I had with them at work recently.

A bike was lost in shipping through greyhound and they don't have any computer records of anything they ship. All done by Paper!

I guess that covers their ass for "destroying" it, rather than letting it degrade naturally due to time

Well considering it says in their terms and conditions that shipping live animals is prohibited, I'd say you are SOL. But apparently its okay to ship animal heads, baby chicks, flowers and live insects at the shippers risk.

Sorry to hear your stuff got lost. I always thought they had some sort of tracking system. Anything I send goes into the computer and has a UPC type label affixed to it.
