HUGE PROBLEMS>>> NEED HELP!!

Hey guys... short version... time constraints.... I work up north and was up there while my tank leaked everywhere... have managed to save everything (for the time being at least) but have a question... to fix the damage they need to paint in my apartment.. is this a problem?
