Reputation?

So....I just discovered this reputation feature....and was wondering....when I click on mine in a thread that I've posted in....it say's I have 10? is there a way to see what I said to earn these? LOL

Also....I was going threw my profile and I don't see where your rep number is shown....is there a way to see other people's rep with having to rate them?

I think 10 is the default, I have 10 too and have always had 10. When I help out new members that haven't even posted I see they have 10 too. I have no idea how it works or what the point is if we all have 10

Where is the reputation feature?

If you go to the top right hand corner of someone's post there is a little picture of the scale of justice. Click on it to approve or dissaprove of a person's post. This will add or take away from their reputation (I think)?
