The Home depot near me has 1 1/4 " check valves as I presume they all do. They are not clear but black.

I checked our HD & they dont have a 1"1/4 & the ones they do have use brass. I tryed the plumb shops & they dont have either, they just just look at me funny & wonder whats wrong with me for haveing such a large tank that needs such a big check valve , I never tryed the spa shop though! They dont need to be clear but it would be nice. Wendell at Ocean Aquatics got back to me allready (talk about fast service) & he would need to get 36 of them in order to get me one. So im still looking!

The black ones are probably for sump pumps and may contain metal parts. Ask wendell if he has a 1 1/2 and bush it down.
