Default You know you have a big tank when.....

When you have a really big aquarium with a deep sandbed sometimes you just have to get right in there to syphon it.

I took that picture in Maui last week at their ocean centre. This was in their shark tank.

If I win the lottery, I wouldn't mind the "wet time" maintenance in the least.
Can you say, "Dream come true!"????

LOL for a fee they will let you dive in their shark tank- if you have your own gear! You also have to be one of the... lucky few.

Aaahh, I've dived with sharks lots. Safer than driving in your car, that's for sure! The largest were 12-14 foot Lemon Sharks. They have the capacity to do you some damage, so it is an unusual feeling when they are headed toward you.

I was more frightened by diving with seal lions. The male seal lion made it VERY clear that he didn't want you bothering his harem. He was very fast, very manouverable and very threatening!

I agree, I've dove with several large sharks, including 9-10 foot bull sharks and although they were curious I never felt threatened. As with most things you see when diving if they don't feel threatened by you and you use some common sense they generally leave you alone.
