Six Line Wrasse

Hi, I was wondering if people who have had a Six Line Wrasse in their tank before found them to be aggresive fish? I was just at my LFS and they seem to think it will be very aggresive, but I was under the impression that they are peaceful, the one I was looking at looked completely unconcerned with the other fish in the tank . Also what type of food do you usually feed them, I have read live shrimp feeders, but I have also heard they will eat frozen brine shrimp and flake as well.
