Saw this thing moving along my locline.

it seems to be pretty flat, like some kind of slug.

anyone know if its good or bad?

just looked with a flashlight and there seems to be a bunch of little ones all over the place.

looks like the population is booming now that theres no more mystery wrasse

Seems like they come and go based on the amount of food there is to eat. When I frist got into the hobby about 5 years ago I noticed afew here and there. Wasn't long before they were everywhere. When the algae supply started disappearing so did they. They do a damn good job though.

I had a booming population until four weeks, or so, ago: when I realized I had a phosphate issue and started working to eradicate it. Now I don't see any.

They're awesome CUC members, and being that they multiply so readily in our tanks they're really nice to have.

Yep they are wicked cuc members. I got around 30 of them cruising every where and they will eat all different types of algae. The ones that are on the glass eat green algae, cyano, coraline, anything they can basically.
