Looks good Brett. The snowball effect is now in motion. Interesting concept on keeping the lights down really low, at least they would be in the way for feeding , maintenance and such ;).

Did you mix your salt in the tank or add it right after you mixed it ? That what it looks like. Not to bad to do during like your water change, but for a complete tank fill thats what happens.

The blenny won't work with either of those two, especially in a 14g. Now on the other hand the jawfish & firefish would probably work together (both are quite timid)

What size substrate did you use ? You might have to use larger grain, no less than 1mm or even larger depends how much flow you have happening. Try moving the power heads around, like higher up.
