Some of them also like to have their hard part of the sckeleton being placed in the sand, you can try and see yours will appreciate it as well.

Cloves don't bother me. if i need to get rid of them, tooth brush always works very well...

I have DIY LED fixture and 10K LED looks loike 14K MH.
Nevertheless imo you will still need blue LED or actinics. Corals...

Got it from China, it is small, but for tanks less than 90 Gal it might work. Especially when you have something like 33 Gal and no room in the sump this is good choice imo.
