+1 I'd wait too. The treatment and the tank move might be a bit all at once. I'd wait till the new tank is settled and bite the bullet in a week or so.

Aww man, that totally sucks. I hope you can rescue some of your corals. Don't be too hasty to remove them as sometimes there is still tissue on the underside that will recover.
