+1. I am constantly tuning / tweaking my Eshopps PK200 skimmer. The thing will work good pulling dark skimmate out and then out of nowhere will need to be adjusted. Not worth the $ IMO.

Interesting read for sure. I haven't had this issue arise yet, just some slight oil residue at the surface. Nice find for anyone who develops a similar problem.
