Golds gets them in quite regularly, bought mine for $20 from there a month ago and it is very healthy. Small one but very active.

Not quite sure what that worm is...the thread like things might be spaghetti a worm, they are good scavengers as well. And yes sponge is good also as it filters your water for you. :)
