I have them too. They dont go away, they smother zoas, some SPS, sides of your tank, sandbed etc... I've learned to live with them even though i've thought about taking my tank down in those...

When I hade a FOWL aggresive tank i'd put a ping pong ball in for my trigger. At the time I had a glass cover and it got a little noisy though. He loved it.

I use filter socks in my own tank and dont find that it takes up too much of my time changing them. I look after a 350G tank and wish I could use filter socks on that one. But i'd be there too often...

I sure hope you did'nt pay the $74.99 price tag they were asking for the one at our LFS. Cuz ther's a breeder in Kamloops that sells them for $15. They do better in pairs.
