NO FOAM FROM SKIMMER!!!
So i set up my skimmer finally(reeflo orca 200) and im not getting any foammy stuff that is supposed to be produced, plus i have tiny bubbles in my tanks now!!! Can anyone explain, maybe even help???

fitting Diameter
1" Inside diameter, 1 1/4" outside diameter for hose.....1" on pump.

WATER CHANGES DURING CYCLING????
Good or bad idea??? Nitrites high, ammonia at .5 ppm and dropping....should i flush some of this water out or just let it be???

long skinny legged things!!!
What are these things? Ive spotted about 6-7 of these starfish looking long legged creepy crawlers in my rock!! Good or bad??? Cool though.....
