For my 90G tank (~120G total system volume) I'm dosing 2 drops in the morning and 2 drops before lights out. Not sure if this is right but I thought I would spread the dosing out.

I'm sure you would definitely see a lot more growth with MH lighting. I have a 6 bulb over my 90G and grow sps just fine. Another thing with T5 is you can choose a bulb mixture to suit your tanks...
