Recently though, I ordered my 3' cube from them, expecting it to take a...

I sort of thought about those reasons as well. I'm curious to see if molting increases in frequency again after I upgrade to a larger tank?

What would you say is too often for an invert to molt? I think my cleaner shrimp molted on a monthly basis until it reached it's current size. Now it molts every three months with the same iodine...

How long has the tank been up now? There are some hardy corals you can place, like green star polyps and some leathers. LPS and SPS are a bit tricky though especially if the tank is new. you tank...

Quiet skimmer? Whats that?
I have no experience with Tunze skimmers but ASM are easy to use, clean, tweek etc. Reasonalbly priced too IMO.

I use OPP and find that my ALK levels are too low, around 7 dkh, at least with this bucket. Mg is very high though which might affect the reading for the other levels. I usually dose ALK anyway so...

My choosing SPS in the polls was primarily based on the number of different species I have. Many of my SPS corals are still considered frag sized, but I have more of them. My LPS and softies are...

Originally I tried various levels in the tank for higher or lower lighting and flow, but nothing. Eventually I started to spot feed it reef roids and it came back quite qickly after that.

Browsing for lights
I'm just curious if anyone has a 36" fixture for sale. I'd be interested in dual 250 watt double ended MH, with or without built in actinics. this would be for my new cube, once it is set up.

I used to have a Coralife super skimmer 125 that worked well. They retailed for around 180 busk. You can get a Coralife SS 65 I think but I'm not sure how much they are.
