dont over fead I feed mine once to twice a day.Once in morning and once at night.I usally dont feed them at all once a week to.This is supposed to be good for them.I even have lion fish eating banana

Just feed less of there favorate food.Fish can go days without.Every day just add a little of new food and hold back on the other.Soon they get the taste for it

I saved one from a store once and had him in a fish only years ago.All was fine till one day he took a liking to my clowns this was after he was in the tank for some time.Maybe he was just bad one

Luck of the draw
I have ventured into a few sps .Some do good/some turn brown some die.Asked Jaws about this and said luck of the draw so I dont think it is anything you do.

Ich isnt ich.There are several different strains.Nomatter how healthy your fish is if they get velvet( type of ich) and are not treated they are dead in a few days.I have seen whole tanks wiped out...

I have seen quite an outbreak of ich lately in reef tanks.It is quite a nasty strain. I think it mite be coming in on corals.Any opinions as all the petstores use the same wholesalers.
