I found reducing the photoperiod cleared it up in about 2 weeks.

I currently have it at 5 hours / day. Any more and I get too much algae in one form or another.

- 0 nitrates - probably because of the 3.5" deep sand bed
- livestock: anemones, soft/lps coral and 5 small fish

pH probe for continual saltwater and occasional freshwater

I'm looking for a pH meter for a freshwater tank and perhaps hydroponics.

I noticed I have a pH port on my Neptune Apex Lite.

Could buy just a probe and leave it monitoring the saltwater tank...
