I have a Koralia 2 on a UPS. It can run for about 7 hrs on the UPS. I have it pointed at the surface. It doesnt make much tank flow, but really helps with aeration when the powers out.

I have a 150g tank with 70g sump in a Mobile Home. No extra bracing, no issues. If you put tank across the joist's, and close to a load bearing wall, you will have no issues either.
