trail running
i also have had knee trouble in the past with road running so i took up trail running. make sure you get a very good pair of shoes, they make a huge difference. trails are alot easier on your knees...

Ive got a 180 with a 40 gallon sump on my floor. as long as you are spanning the joists and on a load bering wall you should be fine. i wouldnt put it in the middle of a room though.

I feed mine krill. it really likes it and ive had him for 2 years. i use a sharpened chopstick ant give it too him that way. its cheap.
