Water movement
The two pumps are not hitting one another....One is at the bottom of the tank in the back to make sure no detritus collect in the back on the live rocks...The 802 is at the top pointing in 45 degree...

Just wondering how much water movement do you guys/gals have in your tanks....I have a 25 gal tall tank with a 301 and 802 powerhead for water circulation...is that enough? tongue.gif

Dont use Kent Phytoplex if you are thinking of feeding cause its dead crap and high in sugar causes algae bloom....Use live Phytoplan called DT available at J&L...good luck...how are the pipe doing?

Ph question
My PH gets as high as 8.55 right before the MH lights goes out...Just wondering if that is too high and how can I lower it....Usually when the lights come on PH is at 8.10-8.20....suggestions would...

How much light for sps
how much light do you need for sps...i have a tall 25gal tank with 175watt 5500k and actinic....is that enogh to have acropora if i put them at the top...about 6 inches below the water surface and 10...

The light buld is a 175watt 5500k...pfo ballast purchased from J&L aquatics...so if you want more detailed information you can find it on their website....sorry thats all the info i have
