I use epoxy to mount frag plugs/rocks to my live rock structures. Super glue GEL works best for mounting freshly cut frags to plugs/rocks.

Personally I think it would look awesome having stainless steel cables suspending your lights from 14' ceilings! Right now your tank kind of acts like a room divider, so why not extend that upwards...

Two things though:

1.) What kind of drain system are you running in the overflows? You might have a tough time controlling your overflow water...
