Yeah it took a lot of work. Hindsight is 20/20 with a few things and if we ever move I'll build a new tank. Overall I'm happy with the end product.

Thanks for the comments. The tank is 60x24x30, I do have some progression pics but not to many, I'll post em later. The bulbs are 14000k on either end and 10000k in the middle. It's pretty white...

I just picked up two LumenMax mogul elite...

I just picked up two LumenMax mogul elite reflectors from Red Coral. I'm Very happy with them. Red Coral can bring in anything from Sunlight Supply as far as I know.

Definitely bad, I have one too but he now lives in my sump. Like Drew said red eyes = bad and so does big claws. That type of crab has both.

You might want to find a new LFS to buy from. You can use your 'dead' rock (Hope you didn't pay too much for it). Add some pieces of live rock and yes eventually the dead rock will have life in it....
