Havn't seen such a switched plug. But, you could get the old Lamp switches, that go on the cord. Wire the cord switch in, then use that but you still got to find wires, and switch them.

Have read that skimmed water isnt allways best for fuge. Alot split their flow, like argan has. I have split flow as well. But, nothing in Fuge yet, need to build fuge V2.0 first.
