Thanks for the advice Tang daddy! They eneded up using Nutrafin Cycle, supposed to cycle your tank in 3 to 5 days, we will see how that works.

Had the same algae problem as you pretty sure it's dino's. I did more water changes, lots of bastering and started on those NP pellets, after a month no more dino's.

When I had cyano I increased my water changes, syphoned as much algae out as I could and used a zeovit product called Coral Snow. I also added a powerhead for better flow.
