LF: Some sand and live rock

Hello Vancouver Island ....

I am currently starting my cycle on the 110 gallon . I have been advised to find a few small peices of live rock and say a cup of sand from a trusted enthuasiest

Since I do not know anyone personally in the hobby , I figured i would post the request and see what happens .

I live in central saanich , but would travel anywhere in Victoria region to pick up .

Also willing to pay of course .

Any help would be great .
