Default Anemone Help!

I am new to owning an anemone. Up until a few days ago, this green bubble tip was huge. Now today I come home and he looks like he's opened inside out. His mouth is GAPING. Is this normal, or is my poor guy going to die? My friend said he is just pooping. Please tell me he is right.

The anemone doesn't look good especially with gaping mouth. Watch it closely if it ever detaches from the rock, get it out.

They do that sometime... Don't worry about it unless he looks like that still after a day or 2. Mine does that every few days to poop and change water
