Default Super Actinic Bulbs

What is the difference between the Phillips O3 actinic bulbs and the Super Actinic bulb. Is one better than the other? Does one last longer?

the super actinics are usaly URI VHO's unless you know of another brand that uses "Super actinic" in there name.. so for a 3 foot bulbs the phillips are 30 watts and the URI is 95 watts so quite a lot of difference

how about the Coralife Super Actinic 40W bulbs. They are $2 more than the Phillips O3?
