Default Is anyone else having issues with sending and recieving PM'S.
Is anyone else having issues with sending and recieving PM'S. Sometimes I can send and receive PM'S or not at all. I tried checking all the user options then not. Nothing seems to help. Any suggestion?

I've never had an issue with it on either my PC or my phone

I think I have it figured. I had in user options under Private Messaging Receive Private Messages only from Contacts and Moderators box checked.
