Well I also run the exact same system as yours (20 gallon long) and I added my first clownfish on the same day when I received my liverock :P And it's still kicking. So I would leave that up to you to decide. But it is always better to wait a couple of weeks before adding the first fish. I am an impatient person and a risk taker :P
