Default Coral health

Hey all, can someone help me understand what the parts are on this coral?

There appears to be a place on the right that looks like a mouth, what is that?

Also there is a buldge in the centre of the left

I guess I'm asking if this is a healthy looking startup

Its normal. That or I have far greater problems than you because I see it frequently in some of my colonies. Sometimes bulges are the corals way of reproducing asexually by budding. Or it may be digesting some food in there or maybe it just didn't inflate evenly with water.
