Adrian, welcome to the board. If your new at this, I assume your tank is also new, right? Cyano is often seen in new tanks as part of the "break in" process. Give us some details about your tank and habits, and we'll see what we can do.
Water change schedule?
Nitrate/Phosphate levels?
Flow?
Feeding habits?
Livestock?
Age of tank?
any other details you might want to add.

Well it will take time to get rid of u just have to ride it out. I went threw it on my older tank and now its on my newer tank. what i do i suck out what i can off the sand and rock. reduce lighting a bit and larger water change's and less feeding alse i can say is ride it out and try to stay ontop of it. Then one day u will wake up and it will be gone kinda weird but thats what it does. lol i cant wait to get rid of mine,.
