Default critters again with pics i hope

Trying to identify this nudibranch - is it harmful to my reef? & the big long centipede thing which i guess is a bristleworm, do I need to remove them?
& why should i not touch the bristleworm thing?

Once you've uploaded the pics to photobucket you just have to copy and paste the img code
