Default Big Al's

Anyone been to Burnaby or Richmond branches lately? I was just wondering if they had any decent collection of LPS or clams.

Big Al's has a decent collection of LPS right now, I was out there recently. No clams tho. One thing I have to say is their frag tanks were a mess. Aipstasia out the ying-yang all over everything, hair algae, spotted some flatworms in there - someones gotta clean those things up a bit. My brother picked up a nice brain coral despite the mess . .

I dropped by Big Al's in Richmond about a week ago, and there was almost NO fish at all. (in the marine tanks that is).

Anyone know what happened?

Yah, King ed's never really has much in the way of corals from my experience. Good prices on inverts and some fish though. Plus the goofy staff is always good for a few laughs
