Default headless sea hare or not?

My sea hare got stuck on one of my power head and when I remove it and it started to bleed it last for 3 minutes so I put it on a bucket for a while. It did not move for about an hour and after that whe I was draining the water from the bucket it started to move again but I cannot see it head. I leave it for another hour in the bucket before I put it back on the main tank. But still I can't see it head

Is it headless or just hiding his head for a while because of the injury it sustain being suck by a powerhead.

Will it survive his injury? Is the blood bad for my tank b'coz It drips on my tank while removing the sea hare from the powerhead?

Default sea hare

my sea hare did not survive my seio 1500. when I found him or her it was sucked in pretty far. It could survive if it is still moving around keep monitoring the situation and I hope it survives.
