High end custom 25 gallon DT with 20 gallon sump setup for sale includes everything you need and the livestock

Well, this is sad. For me.
I unfortunately have to move in the next month and have to part with my nano reef tank. It was been running for over one year in its current configuration and has really started to grow in. If I could I would keep it but I will be unable to move it into my new home. I am looking to sell the whole unit to someone locally.
The tank and sump is all custom made by concept aquariums here in Calgary. The DT has 3/8” glass with beveled edges and is starfire on all sides except the back which is custom opaque black glass which completely hides all the plumbing and is easy to keep free of algae and build up unlike the black plastic that is usually used to cover the back.

Whole set up dimensions:

21 1/2’’ deep. 25 1/4’’ wide, 56’’ high

top of cabinet from which the light hangs 79’’

Tank dimensions:

Display Tank 20 3/8” deep, 24” wide, 18.5” high

Sump 18.5” deep, 20.5” wide, 17” High

It has been plumbed with two Ŋ” return lines and a three ž” bean animal drains which run the tank on a full siphon which is almost completely silent.

The tank sits on a custom metal stand with stained oak removable panels to hide the sump and all the equipment.

For Livestock I have the following:

Clown fish

Tail spot blenny

A trained Mandarin Goby (Dragonet). I was able to train him to eat frozen mysis and he has been doing well for over a year now. I target feed the tank with a plastic syringe feeder daily and he is trained to recognize the feeder and always eats the small mysis pieces.

Strawberry conch

Two sexy shrimp

1 Cleaner shrimp

Two blue legged hermit

Coral:
I have a fully covered rock that is about 20lbs with various ( many, many) montipora specimens and other sps corals as well as three Florida recordias and a large toadstool mushroom

Large 6-8” plate coral

Large colony of bright green star polyps
