Default maristar light fixure

Hi,

I just got the maristar light fixture, hooked it all up, turned it on, and it looks great. When I go to turn it off using the "on/off" switch, it only turns off the t5's.

So as far as I can tell, I have to unplug it to turn off the MH? This doesn't seem right to me. Am I missing something?

Thanks,
Nicole

It doesn't have two cords? Bummer...I don't like units like that.

No it has three cords actually. It just seems strange to me that they would put an on/off switch for the T5's but not for the mh...

Leave all the switches on and invest in a $20 timer. I can't imagine not having a timer for my tank.
