Thanks for sharing! I wish I would have seen that thread prior to abandoning the use of mine, which stopped working recently. I still have it though, and am now tempted to try out this mod to see how well it really works.

I am thinking this could save alot of people some money and that is why I posted it here.
I bought a used one off a canreefer nad was looking for a way to access it if need be I will wate untill I have to fix some thing or clean before opening it up. These squids are a great invention and yes you do loss a bit of pressure but I don't think it's that much.
