Default Can someone ID these things please!

Hey guys, I was doing some equipment mods in my sump and found a whole bunch of these things growing on my sump baffles. They look like some kind of larvae, but as you can see from this pic, it looks like there are two different kinds.

Are these troublesome?

The white guy? Pineapple sponge. Harmless and unavoidable filter feeder.

i can't remember what they're called, but they're related to the sponge family i think..they thrive in dark places, i used to have lots in my sump. completely harmless as far as I know.
