the stand is the same footprint but 28" tall

I'm assuming that's 18" front to back and 23" tall right? Would you sell the tank separate from the stand? I'm coming to the mainland today, but I'm only taking my VW Golf. Pretty sure I can get the tank in there, but no way on the stand, lol
