Default Lighting suggestions-46g bowfront

We are planning to convert our 46g bowfront to salt. One of the main concerns is lighting....not really keen on firing up halides... And really don't want to spend a fortune...What do you suggest?

You might want to look into Ecoxotic LED lighting. People on reefcentral are pretty happy with them on smaller tanks, like yours. No heat and minimal Watts. Tanks look pretty cool on reefcentral that are light up by these. Ocean Aquatics had just sent me an e-mail not long ago saying they were carrying them now as well.
