I have, for sure, but I don't think I'd bother if I lived in Richmond!

Both OA and Hidden Reef will order livestock for you. OA has gotten me several fish that I have ordered in the past.

I ordered a cleaner package (scarlet hermits, blue leg hermits, different snails) as well as a couple of peppermint shrimp at J&L once. They arrived as scheduled, everything was well packed and all but one scarlet hermit survived.
I would order with them again (if I only had enough to order and enough money ).

Sorry about that I remember we had tried to setup a time for me to come pick them up. I also remember you mentioning something about them being in ur tank and not being able to get them out, how are they doing?
Thanks for the positive feedback jason maybe next time try solving miscomunications before jumping to conclusions.

J&L is the only place I've ever ordered any livestock from and everything has always survived the trip to me. I got my Tomini Tang, goby and all my snails from them...excellent service.
