Default Is illumination supply a good one?

Has anyone ever bought some good from it? I was searching for cree xt e royal blue and got this.

https://illuminationsupply.com/cree-...cpcb-p-89.html

The price is too good but the statement "Please note that this product is NOT refundable once ordered, and due to it's nature, does not carry any warranty." at the bottom is so scary. It makes me to ask for its reputation.

Thanks

I checked the photo on this thread and it looks like an armature solderer with that LED on the pcb and I think if you buy from US you will pay for brokerage fee and that will run you expensive led.
I know ledgroupbuy carries them and give Martin a call as he is a sponsor on Canreef or check his webpage www.modularled.ca/ for availability.
