Default Fish ID

Can anyone id this fish for me? I have never seen it before and cant seem to find it anywhere else. It's black and has white bands with a head like a goby. It swam like an eel and was about 4 inches long. This is the best picture I got of him. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

engineer goby. they are really intresting fish.. however they dig a lot!!!
and will cause your rocks to collapse. i had one i thought had died . i had an undergravel filter.. he had dug under... 2 years later well after i thought it was dead i pulled the tank apart and found that it was hidding and had grown to over a foot long!!! they are really cool in small groups... they will share burrows and school

Thanks for all the input. It does look like an engineer goby after all.
