Default T5 receptacle

So I had the end cap melt on my t5 light. Iíve checked Rona and the only carry the t12. Home Depot doesnít show anything on their web site. Does anyone know where to find these?

No I donít know why I havenít opened it up to look at the wiring yet.

I looked through my stuff to no avail. I did see some at Loweís today though in South common. But they arenít waterproof T5 endcaps, just regular ones. Iím not sure how important it is to have waterproof endcaps. Do you have an acrylic shield?

No, no acrylic shield. So I guess now the next question is where to find that.
