Default Maxspect 230 Watt LED Fixture FS - $500

Used approximately 1 year old. Upgraded with lens kit and Cree Royal blue LED's.

LED technology is better than incandescent, fluorescent (T5HO / VHO, etc.) and even high-intensity discharge (HID) bulbs (Metal Halide, HQI, etc.) because of high energy efficiency, low heat generation, lower luminous decay and longer lifespan, and relatively small size.

Utilizing state of the art SemiLEDs or Cree (optional) LED chips with optimal cost to performance ratio.
Superb luminous output that satisfy even the most demanding SPS corals.
Low energy consumption, great energy savings compared to traditional Metal Halide / T5HO fixtures.
Low heat generation, with minimal thermal radiation transferred to water.
Shimmering effect.
Royal Blue LED produces an evening viewing scene that no other traditional lighting system can achieve.
Individual moon-light LED group that turns on automatically when the main LED groups are turned off.
All Maxspect LED bulbs comes with a proprietary PCB with 3-pin connector, making bulb replacement as simple as plug-and-play.
Royal Blue light with 445-460 nm wavelength that simulates coral growth.
Violet light with 403 nm wavelength that enhances the photo-luminescent appearance of corals.
Built-in separate timer control for individual groups of LEDs(>60W models).
Built-in temperature probe that automatically turns lights off when temperature exceeds safety limits(>60W models).
Solidly built with an all-aluminum casing that acts as a heat sink, optimizing thermal dissipation and prolonging LED bulb life.
Stylish design with a minimalist approach, replacing the traditional bulky Metal Halide / T5HO fixtures

Maxspect offers a wide range of replacement and optional upgrade LED bulb chips, each equipped with a protective IC chip that guarantees optimal performance and lifespan. Do not install aftermarket LED chips onto Maxspect LED Lighting system, doing so will not only affect the overall performance of your lighting system, but also void your warranty!

Mounting Options:
Both Rail and Pendant mounting included.

State-of-the-art LED Chips:
Maxspect LED Lighting System utilizes both SemiLEDs and Cree (optional) LED chips in all our LED fixtures. SemiLEDs is a US-based manufacturer of ultra-high bright LEDs with state of the art fabrication facilities in Hsinchu Science Park, Taiwan and Nanhai, Guangzhong China. SemiLED LED chips offer the best cost to performance ratio, providing 90% the luminous output as the Cree XP-G chip, but with 25% the cost of Cree LED chips.

Build to Last
All Maxspect LED fixtures also come with a temperature monitor that sound an alarm when the LED module temperature reaches 60˚C(140˚F), and automatically turn of the light when temperature reaches 70˚C(158˚F).

Maxspect LED Lighting Systems are built to last! Maxspect LED bulbs lifespan is 400-800% longer than metal halide / T5HO bulbs, and each Maxspect LED bulb has its own protective IC chip installed to ensure uninterrupted performance in case of a burnt bulb.

Low Maintenace
All Maxspect LED bulbs are manufactured with its proprietary PCB with an integrated protective IC chip and a 3-pin connector, making bulb replacement as simple as plug-and-play.
