Thumbs up Once again, Ken goes above and beyond.
A huge thank you, Ken. For helping me out this weekend.
My plans got totally messed up this weekend and I thought that my opportunity to get some fish and Coral wouldn't be possible, but Ken stuck around and waited for me to be freed from that Miseracordia prison I was stuck in all day Sunday.
I came home with a very nice box of goodies for my tank. And even though they had to stay in there box a few more hours than they had to any other time. Everybody arrived safe and sound and are all acclimatized in their new home.
Once more, thanks again for the extraordinary customer service.

Happy to see everything made it ok, glad to be of help for our Northern Customers.

We eould do the same for Emergency purposes for our locals also.
