Default optimum flow

i have a 125 gallon long tank and i keep thinking i dont have enough flow. i have 2 tunze nanostream 6025's and 2 6045's all modded so they do a little bit more flow. but now im about to get my hands on some locline and make a sort of closed loop thing with my pump. im thinking of putting the locline into all of the corners of the tank with ball valves on them so i can adjust it. but my pump is only 1200gph. so does anyone know how i can get the optimum flow with the supplies i have. sorry for the sort of ridiculous question but ive gone through this in my head about 3846589294893 times and dont know what the best setup would be. if it helps my rock is sort piled up on the sides against the back wall and open in the middle.
