Default Quibids?

I have been watching quibids for about a week on and off. Has anyone ever tried it or actually bought anything from them?

It's basically a legal scam. Google how it works. Basically in the end if you're not the person with the winning bid, you lose all the money you bid. It costs you money each bid (1 cent increments) And while the bids only go up bit by bit. 1 cent on quibids does not equal 1 cent in real life. It's more like a dollar. You're better off playing online poker then going an buying the items you want with your winnings.

I consider it pretty much a ripoff personally
sure stuff sells for cheap...or at least it appears to.
you have to buy bids and typically they cost 1.00 per bid.
you then use these bids at one cent intervals to the point someone wins.
so when they say it sells for say 50.00, they actually made 5000.00 at $1.00 per one cent bid increments.and you can't increase the bid beyond the 1 cent increment
I got sucked into it and bought some bids..was definitely not worth it.
and any bids you do place, you still pay for the bid regardless if you win the auction or not.
that being said it might work for someone that can sit on the site for hours on end watching for the deal....but yea..in my opinion, definitely not worth it.
and you have to have patience..each auction can take hours because if someone bids it resets the time...maybe that is why I hate it..lol..I have no patience.
if you do try it and figure it out, let us know..lol

Their ads are sooooo false advertising. As mentioned already, the "oooh, get an iPad for $35" actually means a bunch of suckers paid the company $3500 for a $500 item and only one person got it. The rest just forked over their hard earned money. Total scam.
